In the tradition of Philip Roth's The Plot Against America and Sinclair Lewis's It Can't Happen Here, The City Without Jews is a chilling and thought-provoking novel about a future where Jews are no longer welcome in Vienna.

The year is 2025. The world is in the midst of a global economic crisis. And in Vienna, the far-right Freedom Party has just come to power. The new government's first act is to pass a law that revokes the citizenship of all Jews.

Overnight, thousands of Jews are left stateless. They are forced to leave their homes, their jobs, and their families. Many flee the country, but some choose to stay, hoping that the situation will eventually improve.

The City Without Jews follows the lives of several of these Jews, as they struggle to survive in a city that has suddenly become hostile to them. There is Georg, a successful businessman who is forced to give up his company and his home. There is Anna, a young woman who is torn between her love for Vienna and her fear of what the future holds. And there is Schlomo, an elderly rabbi who refuses to leave his synagogue, even though it is now under constant threat of attack.

As the situation in Vienna worsens, the Jews who have remained find themselves increasingly isolated and vulnerable. They are subjected to discrimination, violence, and even murder. And as the world looks on in silence, the city that was once home to one of the most vibrant Jewish communities in Europe becomes a symbol of intolerance and hatred.

The City Without Jews is a powerful and moving novel that explores the dangers of intolerance and hatred. It is a timely and important book that should be read by anyone who cares about the future of our world.
